Strawberry and Lime Rawthey Project Gin
Our small batch Strawberry and Lime Gin is carefully crafted combining the sweetest English Strawberries, with a hint of lime zest from our Lancashire Dry Gin to deliver a fruity and floral flavour. The light, citrus notes also welcome a deliciously smooth finish on the palate whilst also being a versatile addition to a cocktail.
This fun gin is sugar free and used making natural colours, for the perfect serve mix with an Indian or elderflower tonic water and lots of ice.
To show our gratitude and support for this charity, a percentage of proceeds from this bottle will be donated to The Rawthey Project who are helping many veterans and their families on a daily basis. Join us in supporting this amazing charity and continue to raise both awareness and a glass, to all those that have been affected across the UK.
Over the past 30 years our armed forces have been deployed with an intensity not seen since WW2. Whilst Afghanistan, Iraq, Northern Ireland, Bosnia, Sierra Leone and others are distant memories for most people, they continue to impact the lives of our armed forces community with shattered minds manifesting as domestic abuse, alcoholism, addiction, homelessness and social exclusion. The military charity sector provides a lot of support, but for our most vulnerable it is fragmented and difficult to access.
The Rawthey Project provides a fast track for our most vulnerable to access private clinical psychology. In doing so, our most vulnerable receive an up to date diagnosis and treatment plan within 6 weeks. At the same time they are aligned with another former serviceman or woman to support and mentor them and their families through their recovery with the goals of delivering sustainable employment and independent living inside 2 years.
If you become aware of a serving or veteran member of the armed forces that is beginning to struggle, please get in touch through www.rawthey.org. You are already helping as 15% of the cost of this gin is donated and used to fund the private clinical psychology within the project. Thank you.
